As Project Manager since 2007 and recently Superintendent on the Remedial Contract, MAJCON, have carried out diagnostic reports followed by repair specifications letting tenders and Contract Administration for the numerous repairs and replacement to the external elevations.

Building façade upgrade comprising removal of defective lintels, replace 330 windows, remove and repair render, repair post tension pockets, re-paint elevations and slab soffits, waterproof planter boxes and replace ACP panels.  MAJCON have been Consulting Structural Engineer and expert witness since 2004 when render fell 18 levels through the first-floor glass awning.
