The Avantra development comprises the construction of 328 apartments across twin 13-storey towers which will sit on two levels of parking and retail. 

CIVIL ENGINEERING
Civil engineering services comprised preparation of the stormwater management plan including DRAINS modelling for the on-site detention (OSD), site catchment and drainage design, sediment and erosion control plan, design and documentation of the WSUD (Water Sensitive Urban Design) using MUSIC design software and civil design for public domain works of the new road and pavements.

SURVEY SERVICES
MAJCON provided Dilapidation Survey Services of the neighbouring buildings and road infrastructure at pre-demolition and pre-construction stages of 500m of council assets including roads, footpaths, signage and planters; adjoining industrial buildings and their offices.
