MAJCON have been involved in new infrastructure projects of new multi housing developments and recreation areas. Such projects include the design and documentation of minor roads, footpaths, retaining walls and the associated storm water drainage. At the western Sydney suburb of Ropes Crossing MAJCON were responsible for the assessment of an existing dilapidated Heritage railway, its station and bridge which was remediated and converted into a recreation area.

With the design of car park pavements and minor access and internal roads our clients have been YUM! Restaurants, Australia Post at their NSW postal delivery and sorting regional centres and multi housing developments.
