5-storey residential apartment building with two basement sublevels. Forty-one units constructed as a reinforced concrete framed building founded on pad footings with AFS retaining walls for site retention. 

Ground floor transfer slab supports five upper suspended slab levels supported by in-situ reinforced concrete columns.  Structural steel framing supports composite concrete / steel penthouse level and sheet clad roof. 

Use of AFS walls assisted the builder in an improved turnaround of slab to slab construction time.
