MAJCON provided Dilapidation Survey Services of the neighbouring buildings and road infrastructure at pre-demolition and pre-construction stages including 1750m of council assets of roads, footpaths, signage and planters; 6 residential apartment buildings, surveying common areas, external elevations and basement sublevel carparking for 6 x 7 storey and 1 x 25 storey buildings, 6 single storey houses and Rhodes railway station including all platforms, railway track and stairs.
